For the beginning frame of your film, look out for any modifications to facial features, object outlines, and backdrops as it pans out through the film. However, a good start frame cannot tell you anything about the rest of the frame in terms of being watermarked.
Should I process the source picture instead of the video?
Processing an image will never be able to verify the video that is later produced from it. This should be treated as an individual file for verification.
Check the Watermark in Your Video
Use the SynthID Detector on the original file. Keep results distinct for the visual and audio portions. See this link for information about our testing procedures for video.
The model name is not an indicator of SynthID in the image. Results will depend on the particular image you use. SynthID remover cannot be guaranteed to work for all kinds of AI labels or image provenance information.
