Does metadata removal clean the video frames?
Removal of the metadata means changing file properties only and not removal of watermarking done to visual/audio content.

The model name is not an indicator of SynthID in the image. Results will depend on the particular image you use. SynthID remover cannot be guaranteed to work for all kinds of AI labels or image provenance information.
